While the game is packed with content like every modern open-world RPG game, it is missing some of the features players have come to expect from modern AAA games. Unfortunately, for these players, these types of features are increasingly being pushed into the post-launch phase for a variety of reasons. Techland confirmed (via lead game designer Tymon Smektal) that the feature – along with New Game Plus – is in the works, but didn’t have anything to say about when either would be added. To Smectal’s surprise, these features and more are coming “very soon”.
“These are definitely things that are currently on the table and being worked on. I don’t want to go into too much detail here…but very soon, people are going to start seeing these things being added in some form or another,” Smectal said when asked about photo mode and more.
Of course, the word “too soon” is not only subjective but ambiguous. However, as we provide more information, we’ll make sure to let you know everything you need to know.
